Demo Reel
What did Neon do on Destiny 2?
- Enthralled players by owning and executing 4 years of work in Destiny 2's Director interface through a combination of IC work, planning, and delegation, consistently building immersion and driving positive player sentiment.
- Increased organizational efficiency through documentation, mentorship, and working demonstrations, increasing discipline knowledge and building cross-discipline understanding enabling UI teams to ship Director-style maps 50% faster.
- Planned and executed UI for 2 high-complexity new game systems in back-to-back yearly releases through direct cross-disciplinary collaboration, operating with minimal to no supervision, and the construction of prototypes and debug tools unblocking designers and saving over 1 month of QA time.
- Lead a team by running Agile rituals and making creative decisions during scheduling gaps for their team lead and producer, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and teams through critical inflection points in development.
